Vedanta. Character. Nation Building.

Rooted in the Vedic tradition of Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati, Aarsh Adhyayan Kendra carries that teaching forward under Swami Pradeeptananda Saraswati.

Swami Pradeeptananda Saraswati

A life given to one question: what does it take to build character?

Born in Jamnagar in 1971, Swami Pradeeptananda Saraswati studied philosophy formally before giving it up for something older — ten years under Swami Ekrasanand Saraswati, then five more at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam under Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati, a teacher the Prime Minister himself has named as an inspiration. In 2005 he took brahmacharya vows and came to Kachchh with nothing but that training — and founded Aarsh Adhyayan Kendra the same year. In 2010, at Rishikesh's Purna Kumbh, he took full sannyasa and became Swami Pradeeptananda Saraswati. What followed wasn't a monastery turned inward — it was Gita classes that grew into teacher training, character courses for 1,60,000+ students, and a national platform for youth.

Who We Are

Not a monastery. A movement toward character.

Shri Dakshinamurti Trust has run Aarsh Adhyayan Kendra, Bhuj since 2006, carrying forward a living Vedanta lineage rooted in the teaching of Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati. The work spans weekly Gita and Upanishad study, teacher and student character-building programs, and public seminars that carry the same idea outward: self-understanding is where social transformation actually starts.
